Odyssey House is seeking Mental Health Therapists for our Outpatient Programs!

Summary : Odyssey House of Utah is a leading organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and behavioral health challenges. Job Location : Taylorsville

Compensation :

  • New Therapist : Starting wage $65,000
  • Fully Licensed Therapist : $70,000
  • 5 years of Applicable Experience : $75,000

Full-Time Benefits :

  • You are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
  • You are most impressed by a company's culture and want to work with like-minded and like-passioned people.
  • You not only understand the need for but demand work-life balance and self-care.
  • You are intellectually curious and compassionate – and your colleagues know it.
  • You are a resourceful problem solver who can take charge when appropriate and ask for guidance when needed.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT).
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
  • Eligible to work in the USA
