Essential Duties

• Utilize sales skills on qualified appointments
• Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
• Determine their design needs
• Educate customers by presenting the Schicker Luxury Bath solution
• Close sales
• Conduct job site measuring
• Photograph spaces appropriately
• Create designs with customers
• Select appropriate products
• Correctly calculate costs of projects
• Learn and implement the Schicker Luxury Bath sales system, tools, training, and resources

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
• Home improvement related sales experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Coachable mindset
• Competitive by nature
• Clean driving record and background check
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
• Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
• Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and MarketSharp or other CRM a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
