Located in the heart of Santa Monica on Main Street, Alchemie is a wellness boutique dedicated to holistic practices. We offer spa services such as custom facials,Hydrafacials, therapeutic massage, sound therapy, and infrared sauna sweat sessions, along with a curated collection of organic skincare, alchemical creations, and conscious beauty products.

We are seeking a Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician with weekend availability who is passionate about holistic wellness and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Job Requirements
Massage Therapy:

• California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification (required)
• 12 years of massage or spa experience preferred
• Reliable, motivated, and health-minded

Esthetics:

• Current California esthetician license (required)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a spa setting
• Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, gua sha, lymphatic massages and buccal a plus
• Knowledge of strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new techniques and attend training

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage treatments (45 per day) with professionalism and care
• Perform customized facials, peels, and other esthetic treatments based on client needs
• Educate clients on services, skincare, and wellness products
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety
• Support a positive, team-oriented environment
• Assist with laundry and light spa maintenance during downtime
