Lead iManage Engineer (MSP | Legal Industry | 100% Remote

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver cloud transformation and document management projects for legal clients nationwide
  • Design, configure, and optimize iManage Cloud and on-prem environments — ensuring smooth integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security platforms
  • Conduct environment assessments, recommend improvements, and drive project timelines from discovery to delivery
  • Build automation scripts and deployment templates to streamline client rollouts
  • Partner directly with attorneys, IT directors, and stakeholders to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with a team of cloud, security, and systems experts — no silos, no red tape
  • Stay ahead of emerging tech and compliance standards (SOC, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, etc.)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing iManage or similar enterprise legal tech solutions
  • Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and modern authentication frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and workflow optimization
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and communicating with executive stakeholders
  • iManage certifications (ICSE, Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with law firms or professional services organizations highly valued
