Title : Performance Specialist
Classification : Non-Exempt
Scope of Position : The Performance Specialist will receive guidance and direction from the Performance Manager and Area Managers and any newly designated special projects and / or special initiatives under Performance and Tracking. The Performance Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions :
- Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems
- Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking
- Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis
- Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols
- Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements
- Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceAt least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance trackingProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management toolsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling dataAbility to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrityMust have reliable transportation to and from the worksite and other required locations
