INTERN, CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING

What you'll do.

As an Intern in Conference Programming, you'll dive into the dynamic world of event coordination and management. You'll work closely with our Conferences and Meetings team and external experts, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in organizing and overseeing conferences. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of professional conference management while actively contributing to the success of our events.

What we look for.

Education :

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Currently enrolled in an educational institution as a student pursuing the fulfillment of a degree in Communications, Hospitality, Tourism or other related field is required.

Experience :

Travel Requirements : Minimal travel required - approximately 5%. Ability to legally travel outside of the United States, particularly but not limited to Canada.

Location : Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

For Internships scheduled to work under 20 hours a week :
