Service Advisor NO SATURDAYS NO LATE NIGHTS
Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a personable, organized, and high-energy Service Advisor to be the face of our shop. Family owned and operated since 1968, our family has served the General Motors community with honesty and expert care. As our Service Advisor, you aren't just a "middleman"—you are a consultant who helps our neighbors stay safe on the road.

Salary: Up to $140,000

What You’ll Do
- Be the Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and our technicians.
- Translate "Car": Explain technical repairs and maintenance needs to customers in a way that is clear, honest, and easy to understand.
- Manage the Flow: Schedule appointments, provide accurate cost estimates, and track the status of vehicles throughout the day.
- Build Trust: Maintain our 50+ year reputation by never overselling and always prioritizing the customer’s safety and budget.
- Coordinate: Work closely with our tech team to ensure parts are ordered and deadlines are met.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive service advising or writing.
- The "Ferndale" Vibe: A friendly, community-focused attitude. We treat our customers like neighbors.
- Not required, but preferred: Reynolds and Reynolds and Xtime experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be as comfortable on the phone as you are in person.
- Resilience: The ability to stay calm and professional during the morning rush.
