A company is looking for an Interim Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

Advance the organization's mission and vision

Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder

Oversee organizational transformation and change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum five years experience as an Executive Director

Minimum two years experience working with Indigenous Elders or Native-led projects

Demonstrated ability to provide organizational leadership that honors Indigenous and Western worldviews

Demonstrated capacity to lead a remote team, while being self-directed and flexible

Align with the mission and vision of the organization
