Claims Analyst - US

Essential Job Functions :

• Follows procedures to process death claim transactions
• Willingness to learn new payment processes
• Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of any policy worked
• Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately
• Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Must provide an elite customer service experience
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements
