The Law Office of A. Sam Jubran, P.A. is a growing Jacksonville family law firm seeking an experienced family law associate attorney who wants a sustainable practice, professional autonomy, and a life outside the office—without sacrificing compensation or courtroom experience.

This position is designed for a lawyer who already knows Florida family law and is ready to practice at a high level without 1,800+ billable hours, constant emergencies, or unrealistic expectations.

• What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day
• Manage a reasonable, well-supported caseload
• Appear in court confidently and independently
• Prepare for hearings and mediations with time to do it right
• Communicate with clients who are screened and prepared
• Work directly with the firm owner—no associate churn, no politics
• Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary range : $95,000 – $125,000, depending on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to collections

• Qualifications
• Active member of The Florida Bar
• 3+ years of family law experience required
