ICS Fund Onboarding Team Member
Blackstone is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join its new ICS Fund Onboarding Team. Sitting at the center of the firm's institutional fundraising efforts, this team will orchestrate the end-to-end onboarding experience for global institutional investors across flagship and bespoke Blackstone strategies and operates across time zones and geographies.
The team will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional investors in our funds. You will review subscription documents, work directly with investors and their advisors to complete them, and coordinate formal reviews with AML and tax teams. You will also work closely with Finance / Operations across groups, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), and external counsel.
This is a unique opportunity to help rethink how institutional onboarding is delivered at scale. This role is also a chance to improve how we work and to partner with technology providers to make onboarding faster and simpler.

Expected annual base salary range : $145,000 - $160,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
