Entry Level Recruiting Admin Needed
The recruiting admin is responsible for assisting the team in the sourcing phase of the recruitment cycle for all non-exempt/hourly positions. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude to provide candidates with the best experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- High volume outbound calls
- Handle a variety of talent acquisition - sourcing tasks.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media sites
- Do outreach to exceptional candidates
- Schedule phone or in-person interviews
- Communicate with candidates promptly
- Send out all bulk email (confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)
- Coordinate drug tests and background checks
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Associates degree preferred
- Excellent phone presence and the ability to meet high call volume goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- A team player as well as able to work independently
