What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Assist with visitor management processes, including logging visitors and issuing badges as required by site policies.

Communicate promptly and clearly with building management and / or Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related concerns or incidents.

Support building operations by addressing inquiries and / or providing directions to tenants and visitors as needed.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity through attentive observation and adherence to site protocols while stationed at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
