We’re seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our Phoenix, Arizona team. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects that power the core operations of our clients, including cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing and advanced research facilities. This is a hybrid position.

As part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world-class solutions for new facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, panel design, I/O assignments documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 9 years of work experience designing Instrumentation and Control Systems
• Working knowledge of PLC, PAC, DDC, DCS systems
• Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Tempe, AZ

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT)
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for buildings and construction

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 102,900.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 150,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
