Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting with a variety of dental and med spa procedures
• Providing exceptional patient care and comfort with attention to exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Maintaining and updating patient records
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining recall system
• Insurance verification, insurance processing and posting payments as needed
• Maintaining equipment updated and in working order
• Communicating with dental laboratories and suppliers
• Keeping inventory and assisting in ordering supplies
• Assisting with photography and social media
• Participating in team meetings, team seminars, and team development
