A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - MyMercy Support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with registering and accessing the MyMercy application via phone and electronic media
Reset passwords, validate caller identification, and troubleshoot basic access issues
Document all interactions accurately in the enterprise tracking system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
1 year of contact center experience preferred
Understanding of clinical / healthcare settings is a plus
