Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.

Position Summary
Front Gate Ambassadors create a positive first impression by welcoming guests, providing park information, processing admissions and parking, and supporting smooth entry into the park.
Essential Functions
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
- Communicate park policies, operating information, and directions.
- Monitor traffic flow and assist with parking operations.
- Validate tickets and process park entry.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Follow proper cash-handling and accountability procedures.
- Enforce park policies in a positive and professional manner.
- Work across all front gate positions as needed.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
