We're looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You'll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships—all backed by a respectful, collaborative culture.

1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role
Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)

Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
Short-term weekly base draw, uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities
Quarterly and annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips, stock options)
CRM, training, and digital sales tools provided
Fast sales cycle: most client decisions made within 3 business days
First-year estimated earnings: $80,000–$110,000+
