Driver Manager

Houston, TX

The Driver Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating driver schedules and vehicle utilization to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality deliveries. This role involves proactive communication with drivers, customers, and Sentinel management to anticipate and resolve potential delivery issues, prevent runouts, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Schedule & Compensation

• Salary : $57,000 annually
• Shift : Overnight (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM)
• Schedule : Rotating 3-week cycle consisting of a combination of 3-day and 4-day workweeks

Example : 4 days on / 3 days off → 3 days on / 3 days off → 4 days on
