Technical BIM Modeling Sales Representative

What sets this role apart is the company’s ability to deliver high-quality BIM modeling services through a team of 200+ engineers, while you serve as the key U.S. contact ensuring customer satisfaction, project coordination, and new business growth. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technical BIM Modeling Sales Representative position include:

• 5+ years of BIM modeling experience and 2-5 years of customer-facing or sales experience
• In-Depth knowledge of MEP systems
• Strong technical understanding of CAD, Revit, and BIM modeling (not design)
• Outgoing sales mentality with ability to perform both warm and cold outreach
• Comfortable speaking with clients such as contractors, engineering firms, manufacturers, and reps
• Experience with fabrication drawings and piping models
• Ability to communicate effectively with offshore design teams and ensure project success
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and custom project management tools
• Independent, self-starting mindset with strong customer focus and project management skills

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission, commensurate with experience.
