Compensation:$63,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly - commission only
Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage our technology-driven tools to generate and manage leads effectively, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our in-house closing and compliance coordinator to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in weekly motivation meetings and monthly bootcamps to enhance your skills and stay inspired in your real estate journey.
- Must have a NC real estate license.
Qualifications:- Must Have NC or SC Real Estate License.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalized and positive experience.
- Proficiency in using technology-driven tools to manage leads and streamline the sales process.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and team members alike.
