Overview : We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to develop and manage offline marketing, fundraising and communications strategies for our growing client base. If you have strong writing and analytical skills, are an expert multitasker, can lead teams effectively and want to put your stamp on creative campaigns that mobilize resources for social good, this job is for you!

You will be responsible for :

• Leading teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising;
• Leading the development, implementation and production process for innovative direct mail fundraising campaigns;
• Leading cross-functional teams to integrate direct mail campaigns with other fundraising channels such as email, SMS or others;
• Creating and managing action-oriented reporting to drive strategic decision making;
• Supporting the professional growth of colleagues via training and intentional mentorship;
• Maintaining client satisfaction, including managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service;
• Collaborating in a team to provide clients with strategic direct mail marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to ensure account success;
• Working with client teams to assist in managing resources and timelines on projects;
• Supporting business development efforts and participating in new business pitches.

Salary range for this role is $73,000 to $83,000 per year, depending on experience. Location We are currently working remotely with no return to office date. Applicants may reside in the following states : AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WI.
