We are seeking a Project Controller Analyst to support our factory expansion project. This role will be a key partner to expansion project manager, engineering, procurement, and operations teams, ensuring that financial targets and project goals are met. You will be responsible for project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, playing a vital role in securing the success of this high-impact investment. This is a hybrid position (3 days a week onsite) and is located in Fort Worth Texas.

Key Responsibilities are :

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and forecasts for the factory expansion.
• Track and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved CAPEX and OPEX.
• Prepare monthly reports, including variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. plan).
• Monitor and manage project cash flow, release project related purchase orders according to budget.
• Support project management with financial insights decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate closely with project manager, logistics, procurement, and operations to align financial and operational objectives.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
