Job Summary
The entry level Project Coordinatorsupports branch operations by assisting with clerical, administrative, and accounting functions related to job management. This entry-level role plays a key part in the day-to-day office operations, including customer communication, billing, accounts receivable, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
What Youll Do
- Support project administrative activities from start to finish
- Provide professional customer service and communication
- Manage schedules accurately using office software
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Track projects and prepare reports
- Maintain project documentation across multiple software platforms
- Manage details for multiple projects simultaneously
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage shared resources
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Issue and manage purchase orders and assist with accounts payable
- Work with temporary staffing agencies as needed
- Process and manage daily time records for payroll
- Attend meetings as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
