A company is looking for a Virtual Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of self-storage facilities virtually.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers with unit rentals, lease agreements, payments, and account management

Utilize StoreEase's Virtual Management Operating System (VMOS) to monitor and manage facility operations

Process rental agreements, payments, and manage tenant accounts using StorEDGE

Qualifications :

Previous experience in self-storage management, property management, or a related field

Proficiency in using StorEDGE, StoreEase, and VMOS

Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions

High school diploma or equivalent; college education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus
