What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager :

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will :

• Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
