Key Responsibilities

Define the overall UX vision and strategy for agent tools, aligning design initiatives with business goals

Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and developers, fostering a collaborative work environment

Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and coherence across products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience

Proven track record of 10+ years in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer)

Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Experience with user research and usability testing
