Salary : The Role :

AsManager, Event Transportation, you will lead the planning and execution of high-profile event transportation programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You are accountable for the full lifecycle of each project,from proposal development and vendor negotiations to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. Acting as the primary operational contact for clients and suppliers, you ensureGoHammerheadsglobal guest experiencestandardsare consistently met. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and shaping the operational growth ofGoHammerheadsU.S. division.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and delivery of event transportationprograms ;
• Oversee and mentor one direct report and multiple temporary staff during eventperiods;
• Negotiate and manage vehicle supplier relationships, contracts, and service-levelexpectations;
• Own the accuracy of data in the CRM system and ensuretimelyreporting toleadership;
• Build andmaintainrelationships with clients,transfer their goals intooperationalexcellence ;
• Prepare and present financial summaries, proposals, and post-eventreports;
• Collaborate with GHHsoffice in The Netherlandsto align best practices and knowledge transfer.
