We just launched our new partner brand fix1 and are urgently looking for support

About us: FixFirst is a GreenTech startup that aims to end the throw-away world by making circular services such as repair easy, accessible, and attractive - for everyone.

Our Al-powered software solution increases repair efficiency by up to 70%, provides a 10x better customer experience and gives each product at least one additional life. The SaaS-enabled B2B2C platform streamlines workflows and collaboration between service providers (for maintenance, repair, refurbishment or recycling) and service operators (like manufacturers, retailers, insurances and even cities) to help them launch, scale and innovate their circular offering fast and hassle-free.

Our vision is a world where fixing products comes first and using them longer is the norm. Driven by our mission to accelerate the circularity of the products we already use, we will enable our world to save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030.

Tasks

Help us build a great company:

• Identify and validate new opportunities incl. business cases, establishing partnerships or doing sales validation
• Shape vision and strategy with founders
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
• Build your network & grow your expertise
• Test ideas and learn from mistakes
• Have own responsibility & accountability

Requirements

An impact-driven entrepreneurial mind:

• First practical experience, e.g. startup, strategy consulting or own projects
• Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
• Experience in creating pitch decks, doing research & analyzing data
• Pragmatic, curious, friendly & organized
• Fluency in English is a must, German a plus & French a nice to have
