Program Manager for Data Engineering

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Data Engineering Integrations).

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation programs across multiple teams and clients, ensuring accountability for outcomes and timelines

Manage concurrent, interdependent programs while balancing delivery speed, quality, and organizational capacity

Facilitate collaboration between Data Engineering, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline processes and reduce coordination overhead

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in program / project / operations management, with at least 3 years in a data-heavy engineering environment

1+ years of experience as a power user or admin in Jira

General understanding of basic data engineering concepts

Experience with SDLC and adapting Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Agile certification or PMP / project management certification is a plus
