A company is looking for a Business Applications Analyst to assist with delivering technical data support in the development and implementation of Underwriting packaged software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for an existing application area, including data definitions and business rules
Assist in the development of software modification requirements and maintain software file configurations
Plan and act as a liaison with business areas during development and implementation of functional requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree
Experience with SQL Analysis / Development is a plus
Experience in developing systematic validation / audit tools for large data sets is beneficial
Familiarity with specific tools such as Blue Quote, Facets, or StepWise Rating tool is advantageous
