As a Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during the assessment, intervention, and evaluation process. Collaborating with our dedicated healthcare team, you will help formulate comprehensive care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless continuity of care.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications, managing chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient status to provide the highest quality of care.
• Guiding and supervising clinical support staff to foster a collaborative care environment.

This position offers a 3x12 night shift schedule, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care while enjoying a balanced work-life dynamic.
