Senior Project Manager

Details :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our Los Angeles location. We need candidates with experience with Residential / Single family and Multi Family Mixed Use as well as Commercial and Retail projects.

As a Senior Project Manager you :

• Possess a PE license
• Will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees
• Have at least 10 years of experience
• Represent firm in client meetings determine scope of work prepare fees conduct site investigations establish schedule prepare and finalize proposals
• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design production quality training and employee performance
• Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings
