Position Summary


Essential behind the scenes team member assisting in creating an unforgettable spa experience by ensuring the spa looks, feels, smells inviting, retail is full, and all spa supplies are fully stocked for the service providers. Includes making house-made products for spa use as well as retail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Duties include but are not limited to the following:

These duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Customer Service (Answering phones, scheduling appointments, check in and check out of customers)
• Managing Spa Inventory
• Managing back of house spa supplies (Sheets, towels, laundry, bathrooms, sauna, and soaking tub).
• Developing new products for the spa for retail & in house treatments (seasonal products, aromatherapy sprays, body oils, perfume oils, bath salts, bath oils.
• Making retail products & in house products for 2 locations.
• Making sure the treatment team has all available supplies ready for services each day.
• Keeping the spa clean and tidy for the customer's we serve.
• Cleaning Infrared Sauna, and Soaking tub.
• Performing prep services for customer's (Soaks, Sauna, Foot Soak, Steam Canopy)
• Helping to change sheets for treatments
