Highlights / Benefits :

  • Children's Hospital (Non-Profit Teaching Facility)
  • Outpatient Pediatrics (Infants-18 yrs)
  • Cross Training & Mentorship in Pediatric Acute Care
  • Developmental Delays, Sensory Integration, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, NICU Grads, Cancer, etc
  • 1on1 Patient Care (7-8 Patients / Day)
  • 5 / 8s or 4 10's Schedule (No Weekends)
  • 90-Day Mentorship Program led by Senior PT

About the Position :

Full-time permanent nonprofit hospital-based outpatient & acute pediatric position. This pediatric team is passionate about partnering with patients and their families to help them succeed! Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about their patient. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
  • Pediatric Experience (Required)
  • Active TX PT License (or able to obtain)
  • Coachable & Eager to Grow
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Collaborative, Team-Building Personality
  • H1-B Visa Sponsorship Not Available
