Technology Director

A company is looking for a Director, Technology to oversee the systems that support their operations from order creation to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage system administration and configuration across core platforms, ensuring data integrity

Define and oversee cross-system order flows, ensuring reliability and risk mitigation

Lead incident management and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a technology or systems leadership role

Experience in a DTC and / or Retail environment

Familiarity with data concepts such as SQL and reporting pipelines

Proven ability to manage complex integrations and work with various internal teams

Demonstrated capacity to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making
