Job Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care for clients of all ages
• Conduct health history interviews and physical examinations
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Maintain professional licenses through continuing education
• Ensure prompt patient follow-up and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
• Master of Science in Nursing
• Ability to relate to diverse populations and advocate for quality care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
