Compensation : $215K $245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

We prioritize relationships over volume, ensuring every patient receives personalized attention and every provider enjoys balance and support. Position Highlights
- Compensation : $215K $245K base (commensurate with experience and location)
- Bonus : Performance-based, tied to quality metrics
- Team Support : Dedicated Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker
- Clinic Resources : Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consultations
- EMR Systems : Canopy and Greenway
- Model : Value-based primary care
- Clinic Staffing : 3 5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)
- Patient Services : Complimentary transportation within 5 miles
- Community Wellness Programs : Exercise, yoga, dance, and special events
