Job Summary :
Were seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a passion for design relationship-building and bringing spaces to life through this role youll represent Lighting Design Fixture Sales and Lighting Controls services to a high-end client base that includes builders architects and interior designers.
Youll tap into clients established networkmeeting clients at their offices job sites and over business lunchesto present solutions that combine aesthetics function and innovation. Along with design services youll also sell lighting fixtures shades draperies and other premium products for luxury residential and commercial projects.
To support your success were offering a $12000 sign-on bonus paid out in $4000 installments every two months over your first six months giving you time to ramp up as commissions start coming in. As you build your pipeline and become familiar with our lighting solutions youll also take on new business development responsibilitiesprospecting new clients typically between your 90- to 180-day mark.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with builders architects designers and contractors within assigned territory.
Present and sell lighting design services fixtures controls and related products for residential and commercial projects.
Meet regularly with clients at offices job sites and networking events to understand project needs and offer tailored lighting solutions.
Manage the full sales cyclefrom proposal and design coordination to order fulfillment and client follow-up.
Collaborate closely with internal design operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications :
3 years of outside sales experience preferably within lighting design construction or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B or project-based environment.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites and meetings.
