Program Chief
Our Collins Aerospace facility in Lenexa, KS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Chief to lead sustaining activities for Oxygen and Passenger Service Unit (PSU) systems at Collins Aerospace. This people manager role is critical in driving the development and execution of long-term support strategies, ensuring technical excellence and seamless customer alignment. Reporting directly to the Oxygen and PSU Senior Program Chief, you'll oversee all aspects of sustaining programstechnical, schedule, and financialwhile collaborating cross-functionally to deliver world-class service to OEM and airline customers. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented leader who inspires teams, builds organizational strength, and champions continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively across executive, program, and operations teams, as well as directly with customers to manage expectations and report project status. We're looking for a passionate, visionary leader who motivates teams, drives results, plans proactively, and leads with integrity.
This position is eligible for relocation.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
