About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Building Engineer with HVAC certification to join our team. In this role, you’ll travel between several properties to perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs that keep our facilities running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and having variety in your day, this position is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform HVAC diagnostics, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Complete general maintenance tasks including electrical and plumbing
- Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Travel between multiple properties
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards

Vehicle / Transportation : Candidate will be required to utilize their personal vehicle to travel to the assigned portfolio of properties. The company will compensate the candidate for their personal vehicle use.
