[job_card.job_description]Serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery, and supervise the shift. Ensure high food and service standards, thorough shift checklist completion, tip payouts, and well-assigned staffing. Support new staff training. Implement any new programs, policies, or products. Restock supplies and keep the restaurant clean. Work with a supportive, fun team (laughter required!). Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required. Past supervisory or Shift Leader experience is a plus! Able to stand / walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs. Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools. Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Garver). Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation). English language proficiency is needed. State St Hours : Sunday-Tuesday 11am-10pm, Wednesday-Thursday 11am-2am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2 : 30am. Shift Leader shifts typically start 1-2 hours before restaurant opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred. Late-night shift (10pm-4am) once per week required at Frances and State St locations. Part-time (15-30 hrs / wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs / wk) available.
