Key Responsibilities
Review, investigate, and analyze claim information to determine eligibility and benefit decisions
Manage claims from intake through resolution, ensuring timely processing and documentation
Communicate with claimants and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze information and apply policies accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general computer systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance
