Position Summary

As a Cook / Confectioner, you’ll play a key role in crafting the delicious confections that Kilwins is known for. From making creamy fudge to perfecting caramel apples, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our store special. Whether you’re experienced in the kitchen or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive and fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of confections, including fudge, caramel, and other sweet treats, following Kilwins’ recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth production.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Assist with other kitchen or store tasks as needed.
