We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! We, The Pizza is a high volume, fast casual restaurant located on Capitol Hill. We are looking for a manager with 5+ years experience in fast casual dining as well as take out / delivery knowledge (pizza experience preferred). Candidates must be used to working in a fast paced environment, possess an upbeat attitude and dynamic leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all dine in / take out / delivery services
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Manage FOH and BOH employees
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Control day-to-day operations
- Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant
Qualifications :
