A company is looking for a Sr. Application Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily support activities and ensure compliance with support processes and quality standards
Provide technical expertise and support for application issues, including ticket resolution and enhancements
Build and maintain relationships with operational leaders and development teams to improve processes and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of technical / functional support experience with ERP systems or complex business systems
1-3 years of experience in Agile software development
Experience managing relationships and SLAs with third-party ticketing systems
