Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location : Hoffman Estates, IL
Assignment Type : Full-Time
Compensation : $60,000- $65,000 / Year depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities :
Research and resolve customer deductions related to pricing, promotions, shortages, freight, damages, and returnsAnalyze remittance advice and customer payment details to identify deduction root causesWork closely with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service) to validate or dispute deductionsPrepare and submit debit / credit memos, chargeback disputes, and supporting documentationMonitor deduction aging and prioritize resolution to meet cash application and DSO targetsMaintain accurate records and documentation within ERP systemsCommunicate professionally with customers regarding deduction inquiries and resolutionsIdentify trends and recurring issues; recommend process improvements to reduce future deductionsRequirements :
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Deductions, or similar accounting roleStrong understanding of AR processes, aging reports, and basic accounting principlesExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsWhy choose Addison Finance and Accounting?
