We're looking for an experienced Agile L2 Product Owner to lead workflow and intelligent automation initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). This role sits within the Business Solutions & Enablement (BSE) team and supports high-impact business areas including Markets, Banking, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and the CIB COO organization

You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of low-code / no-code automation platforms, driving efficiency, risk reduction, and measurable cost savings across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive product strategy for workflow and intelligent automation technologies
  • Create and manage roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
  • Lead and mentor multiple L1 Product Owners and Agile delivery teams
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities
  • Deliver measurable operational efficiencies and cost savings
  • Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, and Agile delivery artifacts
  • Drive adoption of new tools and automation capabilities
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner (or similar) in an Agile environment
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
  • Strong background in workflow and intelligent automation
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams and complex product portfolios
  • Strong Jira experience (roadmaps, backlogs, Agile execution)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build Power BI dashboards and deliver low-code solutions

  • Exposure to AI technologies
  • BPMN 2.0 process modeling
  • Wireframing experience (Figma)
  • Hyland Alfresco Workflow experience
  • Xceptor Data Automation exposure
  • Investment Banking or CIB automation experience
