Job Description:
Full Time Home Health Physical Therapist
4-day work week
$95,000 - $115,000 guaranteed annual salary
Location Coverage: Boston Proper, Brookline, Allston, Brighton

What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver in-home physical therapy care
Assess patient needs and develop care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team
Document evaluations and progress
Provide leadership and community outreach
What You Bring:
Graduate of APTA-approved PT program
Active PT license in MA
1+ year experience in healthcare
Willing to travel 50% within coverage area
Reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance
Able to lift 50-100 lbs
You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee.
The base salary for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 annually, based on the company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
