Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for Salesforce and Contact Center projects
Manage contact center technology deployments and ensure compliance with federal standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years
PMP Certification
Salesforce Certifications including Administrator and Service Cloud
Extensive experience with contact center solutions such as NICE CXone or Amazon Connect
Proven background in solution architecture and managing contact center operations
